I, Geoffrey M. Johnson, apply for admission to practice before this Court pro hac vice, in order
to represent Plaintiffs Sean Debotte and Michael M. Nunes in this action. In support of this application,
I state the following:

1. Thave been retained by Plaintiffs to appear in this action as an attorney on their behalf.
