Motion. Bye, Goff & Rohde, Ltd., in the person of Brian F. Laule, appeared on behalf of
Plaintiff Kathleen S. Randall.
The Court having been duly advised in the premises, having heard the arguments
of counsel, and having considered all the files, records and proceedings herein,
IT IS ORDERED:
1. Defendant’s Motion is GRANTED.
2. Plaintiff Kathleen Randall shall appear at an independent medical
examination, at a time and place agreeable to the parties, to be determined.
3. Plaintiffs shall pay attorney’s fees and expenses to Dunlap & Seeger, P.A.
in connection with Defendant making this motion and obtaining such order.
