FINDINGS OF FACT E Plaintiff had commenced this lawsuit to recover for property damage to his vehicle allegedly sustained on August 26, 2015, under an insurance policy issued by Defendant to Plaintiff on that same date, August 26, 2015. Defendant has denied Plaintiff's claim, alleging that the property damage occurred prior to the issuance of the policy. CONCLUSIONS OF LAW 1. Plaintiff has the burden of proving that his claim is more likely than not 2. Plaintiff has failed to sustain his burden of proof. ORDER FOR JUDGMENT Itis ordered that Defendant GEICO Casualty Company shall have judgment against Plaintiff Numerianus Marco Mulokozi on the complaint, together with its costs and disbursements herein.
