To respond, you must file the proper written documents with the court immediately or you may
lose the case and be evicted.

Otherwise, access to the court index, register of actions, or other records is not allowed until 60 days
after the complaint is filed, unless the Court issues an ex parte order after a showing of good cause why
access to these records should be allowed.
