OBJECTION TO PETITION
FOR CHANGE OF NAME

Comes now Jordan Sanchez, the natural father of the above-mentioned minor by and
through his attorney, Ross N. Johnson and hereby objects to the Petition for a change of name filed
herein based on the following:

The said Jordan Sanchez is the father of the minor child as shown on the Oklahoma Birth
Certificate numbered 135-2021-002295. He objects to change of name requested since the
allegations made by the Petitioner have not been proven.

The Supreme Court of Oklahoma has determined that a non-custodial father whose parental bonds
