STATE OF MINNESOTA DISTRICT COURT l6 EEC ”a; N u 36 AX COUNTY OF HENNEPIN NN co. ms Aim”k" i’ " {WH JUDICIAL DISTRICT JP? ADMIHIK Top Nathan Tow-Arnett, Case Type: Civil Court File No. 27-Cv-15-20762 Appellant, The Honorable Mel I.Dickstein vs. REPLY TO ORDER ON RESPONDENT MOTIONS City of Minneapolis, FOR COSTS AND TO STAY JUDGEMENT AND ' FOR A SECURITY BOND Respondent, l Nathan Tow-Arnett am requesting that my volunteer services be provided to the City of Minneapolis and not directly towards Animal Control only because Ireceived a notice in the mail for a no trespass form from Officer Lindsay Herron prohibiting me from going to the Minneapolis Animal Control Facility. I received a notice last year immediately after she found out Ivideo recorded hungry cats at Animal Control without food or water and had a voice recording that Animal Control vaccinated my pregnant cats with distemper that resulted in the several kittens that died in the care of Animal Control. Officer Herron claims that l was being aggressive towards MACC employees, but that is just not true and was meant to portray me in a negative light to prevent me from getting my cats and snakes returned. 50 for me to not violate her trespass notice and not violate the order for community service, would I be allowed to provide my volunteer work to the City in some other way, or work with Animal Control outside the facility? I’m just trying to stay out of trouble and still follow your order. Sincerely, Nathan Tow-Arnett 891 23rd Ave SE Minneapolis, MN 55414 612-201-2116 Wfl’if4fifif3 DATE: IZZ ézz @
