1. Defendant(s) owe Plaintiff $575.90 plus filing fee of $80.00, for a total of $655.90, plus disbursements, because:
Defendant requested a credit account ("Account") be opened, and an Account was opened on or about 12/27/2015 for the
Defendant's use. The previous or original creditor is CREDIT ONE BANK, NA; the account was sold to Sherman
Originator LLC, an affiliate of Plaintiff.
Plaintiff acquired the account from Sherman Originator LLC and is now the owner
of the account which is the subject matter of this action.
The original Account number (now closed) is
XXXXXXXXXXXX5528.
Defendant is indebted to Plaintiff on the overdue unpaid balance owing on the Account of $575.90 ("Account Balance").
Defendant failed to pay the Account Balance. Defendant is indebted to Plaintiff in the amount of $575.90 Dollars, on an
account stated on or about 08/04/2016.
As a direct result of the Defendant's failure to pay, Plaintiff is damaged in the Account Balance amount
