O’Dwyer on behalf of Robert L. Gjorvad, the attorney for Defendants Scott Johnson and
Quiring Trucking, LLC; and Owen L. Sorenson, attorney for Defendants David Michael
Sorensen and Grant Reid Sorensen.
Based on the information presented to this Court, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
1. The deadline for all discovery and depositions to be completed is May 15, 2018.
2. The alternative dispute resolution (ADR) process of mediation may be used in this
matter and, if used, shall be completed on or before May 15, 2018.
3. All dispositive and non-dispositive motions shall be brought before the Court no later
than the date and time of the pre-trial conference.
