                                    Upon reading and filing the annexed affirmation of Toni E. Logue, dated
                  April 21, 2022, and the exhibits annexed thereto, and upon all the prior papers filed and
                  proceedings heretofore had herein, and sufficient cause appearing therefor,

                                    LET Respondents show cause before this Court at IAS Part 19, at the
                  Courthouse located at 100 Supreme Court Drive, Mineola, New York 11501, on the
                  ______ day of _______________, 2022, at _____ a.m./p.m., why the attached three
                  subpoenas should not be so-ordered by the Court regarding the scheduled May 4, 2022
                  hearing in this matter seeking production of records and testimony from the custodians
                  of records for Sunrise Animal Hospital, West Hills Animal Hospital and Central
                  Veterinary Associates.         and it is further
                                    ORDERED, that service upon Richard Hamburger, representing
                  Respondents, via the electronic filing of this Order to Show Cause, and the papers upon
