HISTORY: History of suspectedkennel cough in April-Maywhich did notresolveon doxycycline butdid on azithromycin.
Intermittent
cough recurred in June.Finishedan approximately 1 month course of chloramphenicol in mid-August.No
coughing noted shortlyafter
startingthe chloramphenicot NSF on PE 9/9/20.
THORAX, (September 9, 2020):There are3 JPEG radiographs availableforreview. Images are compared toprior
radlographs dated July16, 2020 and June 28, 2020.
FINDINGS:
The size and shape of the cardiacsilhouette The
is similar. pulmonary vasculature is normal.
Similarto themost recent
priorexamination,the previous patchy of the
infiltrate left
caudai lungis nolonger evident.A bronchointerstitial
patternis
improved. There remains no evidence of a discrete
alveolarpattern,pulmonary nodules,pleuraleffusion,or intrathoracic
lymphadenopathy. The included tracheais normal and in the

esophageal gas is transient
and withinnormal limits.
Withinthe included cranial
abdomen, gas withinthe stomach may be associated withmild aerophagia.The visible
