MOTION TO APPOINT PROCESS SERVER
Plaintiff, by and through undersigned counsel, moves to appoint a process server pursuant
to Rule 1.070(b), and says:
1. That the rule authorizes the court to appoint any competent person not interested in this
action to serve legal process.
2. That Special Services of Jacksonville, Inc., 729 Parker Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202
and servers, George Bell and Catherine Driver, are competent, more than 18 years of age, and
disinterested in this action.
WHEREFORE, the undersigned moves for entry of this Court’s order appointing Special
Services of Jacksonville, Inc. and servers, George Bell and Catherine Driver as process server.
