file this Agreed Consent Judgment Against KDA, Inc. d/b/a The Grooming Table in accordance
with Rule 314 of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and the attached power-of-attomney, ‘in
which Defendant hereby confess to judgment in favor of Plaintiff in the sum of Two THousanD
Four HuNDRED TWENTY DOLLARS AND No Cents ($2,420.00). [1 is therefore,
ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that Plaintiff, acting through its counsel of
record who is authorized by Defendant KDA, Inc. d/b/a The Grooming Table to file this Agreed
Consent Judgment, is entitled to and is hereby awarded judgment against Defendant KDA, Inc.
d/o/a The Grooming Table in the sum of Two THousanp Four HUNDRED TWENTY DOLLARS
AND No CENTS ($2,420.00). This Judgment shall bear simple interest at the rate of 5% per
annum, commencing on the date of its recordation until it is satisfied in full. It is further,
AGREED CONSENT JUDGMENTORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that this judgment shall operate as final
judgment, and shall effect a release of all errors in the record, subject only te impeachment for
fraud or other equitable cause, as set forth in Rule 314 of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.
