Discovery shall be completed (i.e.,all depositions completed, all times for responses to interrogatories, requests for admissions, completed) on or before March 29, 2019. . Independent Medical Exams Independent Medical examinations (if applicable) shall be completed by May 30, 2019. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) ADR shall be completed no later than June 28, 2019. Attorneys and parties with full authority to settle the case are required to participate in Mediation or Non-Binding Arbitration. The parties shall select an ADR neutral on or before May 30, 2019. All dispositive motions shall be heard by April 30, 2019. C. Motions in limine shall be served and filed by July 15, 2019. Pretrial Conference A pretrial or settlement conference will be set by request and with prior agreement of all counsel on tentative dates.
