JUDGMENT ENTRY
NOW on this April 19, 2016 this matter comes on for consideration. Plaintiff appears by counsel; defendant
appears by this entry and confesses to judgment as set forth herein.
The Court finds that the allegations of the Petition are proved; that the plaintiff is entitled to judgment; that
there is no just reason for delay and judgment should be entered forthwith.
WHEREFORE, judgment is entered in favor of plaintiff and against defendant, Antony Bert, in the amount of
32,000.00.
Execution will be stayed so long as defendant makes payments in the amount of $100/month, due on or before
the 30 of each month until the total amount of $2,000.00 is paid in full. If payment is received more than 30 days
after the 30 of each month, defendant will be in default and the amount of $2,000.00 minus payments made, plus
9% interest on the amount remaining from April 19, 2016 will be immediately due and owing. If defendant does not
default, upon receipt of $2,000.00, this matter will be paid in full and plajntifywill fe a 360 of judgment.
