                           WHEREAS, Rules 104, 111 and 304 of the General Rules of Practice for the District

                  Courts of Minnesota require that certain information be provided for all civil and family cases;

                  and

                           THEREFORE, the Court makes the following:

                                                                       ORDER

                       1.  A scheduling conference in this matter is set for December 7th, 2020 at 11 a.m. at the

                           Crow Wing County Judicial Center, 213 Laurel Street, Brainerd, Minnesota.

                       2.  If you are requesting to have this matter heard by telephone, your written request must be

                           received by our office and all other parties no later than seven (7) days prior to the hearing.

                           Please include your contact information so Court Administration can make the appropriate

                           arrangements.
                       3.  That the attorney who initially filed this matter shall complete and file with the Court a

                           Civil Cover Sheet or Initial Case Management Statement to include scheduling information

                           as required by Rule 111.02 or Rule 304.02.
