The motion of plaintiff, Scott Kranz, for a default judgment against defendants HCP Biometric
Ventures, LLC and James Price, was heard on March 23, 2021.
Defendants were duly served, no issue of law or fact has been joined, and the time for joining issue
has expired.
IT IS ORDERED, that plaintiff, Scott Kranz, shall recover from defendants HCP Biometric
Ventures, LLC and James Price, jointly and severally, the sum of $75,000.00 plus costs of $455.00 and
reasonable attorney fees of $1,200.00, for a total judgment of $76,655.00. As there is no just reason for
delay, the Court Administrator is ordered to enter judgment immediately pursuant to this order.
Let judgment be entered accordingly.
