WHITNEY DIANE GOINS did then and there unlawfully, willfully, knowingly and wrongfully commit the
crime(s) of:
COUNT‘: BREAKING AND ENTERING WITH UNLAWFUL INTENT ~ a MISDEMEANOR, on or about
the 1st day of April, 2019, by entering a residence located at 48083 195th Avenue, Howe, OK and owned by
Cody Wagner with intent to commit Petit Larceny.
This crime is punishable by a fine of up to $500 or imprisonment for up to 1 year, or both.
COUNT 2: PETIT LARCENY ~ a MISDEMEANOR, on or about the 1st day of April, 2019, by taking and
carrying away by stealth $200.00 in cash, $300.00 in change, a vacuum cleaner, a Sanyo TV, and old coins
and rings valued at less than $1,000 with a value not exceeding $1,000 dollars that belonged to Cody
Wagner, without the consent of Cody Wagner, and with the intent to deprive Cody Wagner of $200.00 in
cash, $300.00 in change, a vacuum cleaner, a Sanyo TV, and old coins and rings valued at less than $1,000
permanently.
This crime is punishable by imprisonment for up to 6 months or a fine of $10-$500, or both.
