This case came before the Honorable Charlene Hatcher, Judge of District Court, for an Initial
Case Management Conference March 30, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. This hearing was not held on the record.
Petitioner appeared and was self-represented.
Respondent did not appear.
FINDINGS OF FACT:
1. The parties were married on February 14, 2004.
2. Petitioner filed a Summons and Petition for Dissolution of Marriage with a Child on March
7, 2022.
3. An Initial Case Management Conference (“ICMC”) was scheduled to occur on March 30,
2022, at 10:00 a.m.
4. The Court reviewed the file in this matter and did not find record that Respondent had been
served. Court staff spoke with Petitioner and informed him that service needed to be
completed and confirmation of service filed. Petitioner was provided with the phone number
for the Self-Help Desk.
5. Either party may contact the Self-Help Desk during this case for assistance. Self-Help can be
reached at 651-478-8757. Additionally, parties may also review the Court’s “Help Topics”
at www.mncourts.gov for specific information regarding the dissolution process.
6. The Court finds it appropriate to grant a continuance to allow service to be completed and
proof of service filed.
7. A second ICMC will be held on April 18, 2022, at 10:30 a.m. This hearing will be held

NOW, THEREFORE, based on the above Findings of Fact, the Court issues the following:
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
