Road, Tsim Sha Shui, Kowloon, Hong Kong, SAR.
On 8m July 2021, I went to Room 815, Star House, 3 Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Shui, Kowloon,
Hong Kong, SAR with the intention of serving legal documents on FCP Corporate (HK)
Limited;
7. At approximately 3:59 p.m. I arrived at Room 815 of Star
House, a Chinese man, who identified
himself as Mr. Chan, approximately 35 yea“ of age, about 5 feet 7
inches, in height, weighing
about 165 pounds with black hair,
wearing a pair of glasses, accepted the documents in an
envelope I gave him on behalf of FCP Corporate (HK) Limited. I also gave him an additional
page of the WARNDIG for acknowledgement of service and asked him to seal this
page as an
acknowledgement receipt of the envelope and the contents therein. At approximately
Mr. Chan afixed the company's seal of Eclat 4:19pm.

behalf of the Defendant, on the bottom of the page of WARNJNG and he also afixed the date
