Plaintiffs’ Motion to Compel Compliance with the Court’s February 4, 2019 Discovery
Order and Request for Prospective Sanctions of $500 Per Day (the “Motion”) initially came’on for
hearing on May 13, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. in the above entitled court.
On May 10, 2019 the Court issued a tentative ruling granting Plaintiff's Motion but
reserving the issue of sanctions until May 30, 2019. Neither party contested the ruling or requested
oral argument. The Court adopted it’s tentative ruling, ordered the parties to submit a brief
providing a status update on the compliance no later than May 27, 2019 and a further hearing on
compliance and sanctions for May 30, 2019 at 9:00 a.m.
