That Defendant entered into a Loan Agreement with Plaintiff or Plaintiff's predecessor in interest (herein after “Plaintiff’). 4. Pursuant to the agreement, the Defendant was given a Loan which funds were accepted without objection. The Loan Agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit “A” and incorporated herein by reference. 5. The Defendant is failed to make the installment payment due on 03/28/2018,and all subsequent payments due, therefore, the Defendant is in default and obligated to Plaintiff in the amount $2,842.37. 6.
