The Real Property subj ect of this Order is commonly known as 600-602 Wessex Way, Belmont, CA 94002 and is more particularly described as follows: LOT 2 IN BLOCK l, AS SHOWN ON THAT CERTAIN MAP ENTITLED “STERLING DOWNS UNIT,NO.2A BELMONT CALIFORNIA”, FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF SAN MATEO COUNTY ON MAY 12, 1.953 IN BOOK 36 OF MAPS AT PAGES 48 AND 49 AS SESSOR PARCEL NUMBER: 040-3 12-040 3. Title to the subj ect Property identied above is directed to be transferred to the Mostafa Revocable Living Trust.
