hearing has been waived by all interested parties, that all interested parties have consented to the

and equitable purposes to be owned and held by Mohamed Ossama Ahmed Mostafa, as
Trustee of the Mostafa Revocable Living Trust and is an asset of the Trust. The Real
Property subj ect of this Order is commonly known as 600-602 Wessex Way, Belmont,
CA 94002 and is more particularly described as follows:
LOT 2 IN BLOCK l, AS SHOWN ON THAT CERTAIN MAP ENTITLED
“STERLING DOWNS UNIT,NO.2A BELMONT CALIFORNIA”, FILED IN THE
OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF SAN MATEO COUNTY ON MAY
12, 1.953 IN BOOK 36 OF MAPS AT PAGES 48 AND 49
AS SESSOR PARCEL NUMBER: 040-3 12-040
3. Title to the subj ect Property identied above is directed to be transferred to the Mostafa
Revocable Living Trust. The Trustee is hereby authorized to le and record a certied
copy of this Order in the Ofce of the Recorder for San Mateo Count and said Order
shall sufce to transfer legal title Mohamed Ossama Ahmed Mostafa, as Trustee of the
