Release of Bond, and advised the Court that al] matters in controversy in the above-captioned
cause have been compromised and settled, and that, pursuant to the Stipulation for Dismissal
with Prejudice, the Plaintiffs and Defendants each stipulate to the dismissal with prejudice of the
Plaintiffs’ Verified First Amended Petition filed in the above-captioned cause, and all claims,
counts and causes of action asserted therein, and to the release of the bond in the amount of
$5,000 posted by James P. Ferguson on September 11, 2012,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Plaintiffs’ Verified First Amended Petition filed in
the above-captioned cause, and all claims, counts and causes of action asserted therein, is
dismissed with prejudice to the re-filing thereof. The parties are responsible for their respective
court costs accrued herein.
IT 1S FURTHER ORDERED that the bond in the amount of $5,000 posted by James P.
Ferguson on September 11, 2012 is released and shall be returned to James P. Ferguson, and
James P. Ferguson is released and discharged from any liability on such bond.
