                              ORDER ON JOINT NOTICE OF NON-SUIT WITHOUT PREJUDICE

                           On   this  day,   the  Court    considered    Plaintiff   Ericson’s    Bicycles,   Inc.   and   Defendant

                  Rosedale    Land    Holdings,    LLC    (collectively,   the  “Parties”)   Joint  Notice   of  Non-Suit    Without

                  Prejudice (the “Notice”).       The Court is of the opinion that the Notice is well taken and the relief

                  requested therein should be granted.         It is, therefore,

                           ORDERED that the Parties claims against one another are dismissed, without prejudice,

                  with each party bearing its own costs.
