Subject: Attorney Fees Waiver Request
To the Parkside at Buena Vista Woods Homeowner’s Association Inc,
I am writing to you in reference to the lawsuit you filed against me case no: 2022-CA-5546.
I would like to send this request asking that you please relieve me from any responsibility to
pay your attorney fees in this case. Considering all of the modifications that I will have to
perform in order to comply with your list of demands, and the financial strain that the
pandemic has put on my business, I would not be able to bear the financial burden of your
attorney fees. I recently moved from overseas, and as a new Florida Resident who does not
speak English, I was not understanding the notices that were delivered to me in the mail. We
did attempt to reach the property management office, however since we performed these
changes during the pandemic, it was extremely difficult to reach anyone in the office and get
directions.
I’m in position now to comply with all of your demands, I only ask you to please relieve us from
your attorney fees.

request a 90 day extension to perform all of the changes you have required in order for us to be in
