determined that the Respondent has executed Respondent’s Acknowledgment of Obligations
Mandated by Rule 4.3 of The Uniform Superior Court Rules, and that there exists no objection by
the Respondent to said withdrawal, and that said withdrawal is with the consent and direction of
the Respondent;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Lauren Smith shall be permitted to withdraw as
