AGREEMENT FOR MODIFICATION OF EXECUTION

 

The above-captioned case is scheduled for a Wage Execution Modification Hearing on
Wednesday, August 03, 2022, at 9:30 AM in Putnam Superior Court. The Plaintiff has come to an
agreement with the Defendant, whereby the wage execution shall be modified to $35.00 per week on
the balance of this debt until it is paid in full, in accordance with the Defendant's written request,
attached hereto and incorporated by reference as Exhibit “A’.

Accordingly, the Plaintiff respectfully requests that the Court enter a modification of the
Wage Execution, according to the terms stated above and excuse both parties from attending the

hearing.
