KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that I, MITCHELL M.
CHARKIEWICZ of Springfield, Hampden County, Massachusetts, being
of sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby MAKE, PUBLISH
and DECLARE this as and for my last will and testament, hereby
revoking any and all wills heretofore made by me.
After the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses,
I GIVE, DEVISE AND BEQUEATH as follows:
1. To my son, MITCHELL M. CHARKIEWICZ JR., all of my
property, both real and personal, of every kind and nature, and
wheresoever the same may be found or located, to be his
absolutely.
2. %In the event that my son, MITCHELL M. CHARKIEWICZ JR
shall not have attained his majority at the time of my death, 2%
appoint my brother, RUDOLPH CHARKIEWICZ, of Ludlow, Hampden’ —
County, Massachusetts to be the guardian of the person’ and

property of my said son and request that he be exempt from
furnishing surety or sureties on his official bond. foe)
I direct that said Guardian shall have the pene te
acquire property by gift, purchase or otherwise, and to manage,
invest, reinvest, and from time to time, change the investments
of the estate in his discretion, and to receive the income and
profits therefrom, and in his sole discretion to apply the
income and so much of the principal as he deems necessary to the
care, maintenance, and education of my said son.
3. %In the event that my said son, MITCHELL M.
CHARKIEWICZ JR., shall predecease me, I leave all of my property,
both real and personal, of every kind and nature, to my brothers
and sister, EDWARD CHARKIEWICZ of Springfield, Hampden County,
Massachusetts; RUDOLPH CHARKIEWICZ of Ludlow, Hampden County,
Massachusetts; ADOLPH CHARKIEWICZ of Ludlow, Hampden County,
stMassachusetts and MRS, HELEN C. BRUCE of Springfield, Hampden
County, Massachusetts, share and share alike.
4, I nominate and appoint my said son, MITCHELL M.
CHARKIEWICZ, JR. to be the executor of this will and request
that he be exempt from furnishing surety or sureties on his
official bond. e
In the event that my said son, MITCHELL M. CHARKIEWICZ
JR., shall predecease me or shall not have attained his majority
at the time of my death, I nominate and appoint my brother,
RUDOLPH CHARKIEWICZ, to be the executor of this will and request
that he be exempt from furnishing surety or sureties on his
official bond.
I direct that my executor shall have the power to lease,
sell, mortgage, transfer and convey in such manner and on such
terms as he may deem advisable any and all property, real or
personal, belonging to my estate without the necessity of obtain-
ing leave of any court.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF I hereunto set my hand and seal
