on Plaintiff’s counsel.5. On August 17, 2021, I received| from Plaintiff's counsel Plaintiff's Opposition To
Partial Motion To Dismiss.

6. On August 19, 2021, I caused the Reply In Support of Defendants’ Motion For
Partial Judgment On The Pleadings to be served on Plaintiff’s counsel.

7. All of Defendants’ motion papers and Plaintiff's oppositions to those motions are

included in the instant Rule 94. Package.
