All motions needing a hearing and/or submission date, shall include an Order Setting Hearing/ Submission. The Joint Pretrial Order shall be signed by the Parties or their attorneys of record and filed with the clerks 1 day prior to the Final Pretrial Conference scheduled by the Court.
