AGREED MOTION TO DISMISS ALL CLAIMS WITH PREJUDICE
Plaintiff Inthinc Technology Solutions, Inc. (inthinc) and defendants Mix Telematics
North America, Inc. (MiX) and Charles William "Skip" Kinford (Kinford) filed this Agreed
Motion to Dismiss All Claims with prejudice, and respectfully show as follows:
Plaintiff inthinc and defendants MiX and Kinford announce that all disputes between
them asserted in this action are resolved, and request that all claims, counterclaims, and defenses
asserted by each party in this cause be dismissed, with prejudice;
The parties further request that the Temporary Restraining Order entered on June 12,
2014, which was subsequently extended by the Court on July 25, 2014, and later extended by
agreement between the parties be dissolved and terminated, with prejudice;
The parties further request and agree that the Bond in the amount of $15,000 filed and
executed by inthinc in connection with the Court’s Temporary Restraining Order be returned to
inThinc.
The parties, inthinc, MiX, and Kinford, agree each shall bear their own costs and fees
incurred in this case.

WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, plaintiff inthinc and defendants MiX and
Kinford jointly request that this Agreed Motion to Dismiss all Claims with Prejudice be granted,
and that the Court enter the attached Agreed Order dismissing the case with prejudice and
dissolving the Temporary Restraining Order, with costs of court and fees being assessed against
the party incurring same, and for such further relief as the parties may be entitled.
