Pursuant to Rule XIX of the current Rules Governing Admission to the Bar of Texas and
Texas Board of Law Examiners, Attorney Andrew M. Loewenstein files the present Sworn
Motion for Admission Pro Hoc Vice ("Motion"). The Affidavit of Andrew M. Loewenstein in
support of the Motion is attached hereto as Exhibit A. The following information is submitted to
support the Motion:

5. Attorney Loewenstein has not been subject to disciplinary action by the Bar or
courts of any jurisdiction in which he is licensed within the proceeding five (5) years.
6. Attorney Loewenstein has not been denied admission to the courts of any state or
any federal court during the preceding five (5) years.
7. Attorney Loewenstein is familiar with the State Bar Act, the State Bar Rules, and
the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct governing the conduct of members of the
State Bar of Texas and will, at all times, abide by and comply with the same so long as such
Texas proceeding is pending, and Attorney Loewenstein has not withdrawn as counsel therein.
8. Attorney Loewenstein submits the Motion in Support of Admission Pro Hoc Vice
of Andrew M. Loewenstein from Michael McKleroy, the resident practicing attorney with whom
Attorney Loewenstein shall associate in the proceeding of this particular cause, along with the
present Sworn Motion for Admission Pro Hac Vice. See Exhibit B.
9. Attorney Loewenstein also submits the Acknowledgment Letter issued by the
Texas Board of Law Examiners in support of this Motion. See Exhibit C.
