AND YOU ARE FURTHER PLACED ON NOTICE that the defendants demand that you
appoint a new attorney as and for your representatives in the above-entitled litigation. This action
will only be stayed for thirty days after your notification of said suspension or disbarment and you
and the action may subsequently be subject to dismissal for failure to prosecute if you fail to
