                    18              I, Ilya Filmus, declare as follows:
                    19             1.        I am a partner at Infinity Law Group LLP, which represents Plaintiff MIYABI LEU.
                    20             2.        California Insurance Guarantee Association (“CIGA”) represented to me that
                    21      Defendant’s auto insurance company no longer exists.

                    22             3.        I have engaged in negotiations with CIGA and am attempting to negotiate a personal

                    23      contribution from the Defendant.

                    24             4.        CIGA has represented to me that if a settlement is reached, then default and a default

                    25      judgment will have to be set aside.

                    26              I declare   under   penalty    of perjury   under   the  laws   of  the  State  of  California   that  the
