BUCHANAN, from removing, transferring, secreting, giving away or otherwise
transferring any personal property located at 269 Broadhead Avenue, Jamestown, New

ORDERED, that pending the hearing of this Motion and the entry of an Order
thereon, the Defendant, ANN MARIE BUCHANAN, is hereby enjoined and restrained
from selling or conveying title to real property commonly known as 269 Broadhead
Avenue, Jamestown, New York; AND IT IS FURTHER
ORDERED, that pending the hearing of the Motion and the entry of an order
therein, the Defendant, ANN MARIE BUCHANAN, is hereby enjoined and restrained
from selling, transferring, hypothecating, liquidating, giving away or moving items of
personal property owned by the Plaintiff, PATRICK PURPERA, and the Defendant,

ANN MARIE BUCHANAN, including the items specifically set forth on Schedule of
the Plaintiff's Affidavit, located at 269 Broadhead Avenue, Jamestown, New York.
SUFFICIENT CAUSE APPEARAING THEREFORE, LET service of a copy of
