(“Twitter”) to Respond to Subpoena Issued for Case Pending in Foreign Jurisdiction Pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure (“CCP”) §2029.600 (the “Petition”), The Court, having reviewed and considered Petitioner's Petition, the memorandum of points and authorities and declarations in support thereof, Twitter's response thereto, the other related papers and pleadings on file herein, and with good cause appearing therefore: Petitioner's Petition is GRANTED. The Court finds that Petitioner has satisfied the requirements of Krinsky v. Doe 6 (2008) 159 Cal. App. 4th 1154 as applied in ZL Technologies, Inc. v. Does (2017) 13 Cal. App. 5th 603. Twitter shall give its affected user, the Twitter account handle @marco87138252 (the “Account”), notice of this Order and Petitioner's Subpoena and allow the affected user twenty-one (21) calendar days to file any petition to quash the Subpoena.
