The parties having conferred, hereby stipulate and agree that good cause exists and it is in
their best interests and the interests of justice to request an extension of the scheduling order
deadlines. The requested extensions are as follows:
1. Deadline for discovery be extended from March 1, 2022 to June 1, 2022.
2. Deadline for Plaintiffs’ expert answers to interrogatories, disclosures, and reports
be extended from April 1, 2022 to July 1, 2022.
3. Deadline for Defendants’ expert answers to interrogatories, disclosures, reports,
and independent medical examinations be completed from May 1, 2022 to August 1, 2022.
4. Deadline for Plaintiffs’ rebuttal to Defendants’ IME, expert interrogatory answers,
disclosures, and reports be extended from June 1, 2022 to September 1, 2022.
5. Deadline for completion of mediation be extended from January 1, 2023 to March
1, 2023.
6. Deadline for all dispositive and non-dispositive motions to be heard be extended
from August 1, 2022 to November 1, 2022.
