1, I am an attorney of law duly admitted to practice before all courts of the State of
California and am an associate attorney at the law firm Van De Poel, Levy, Allen, Arneal & Serot,
LLP. Our law firm was retained by DAVANI MARBLE, INC. (“Davani Marble,” “Company,” or
“Defendant”), a California Corporation.

2. I make this declaration pursuant to this Court’s order of September 18, 2017, which
requested that Davani Marble, Inc. designate a new Agent for Service of Process with the California
Secretary of State and inform the Court of this new designation.

3. My firm has communicated with Davani Marble, Inc. and received confirmation as of
