IMPORTANT NOTICE: CASE REASSIGNMENT AND SCHEDULING
Please be advised that this matter has been reassigned to the Honorable Mary V. Rosado. Pursuant
to a directive from the Administrative Judge Honorable Adam Silvera, an “In-Person” (NOT
VIRTUAL) discovery conference has been scheduled on July 19, 2022 @ 2:00 P.M. or 3:00 P.M. at
60 Centre Street, Room 130. Check eTrack, SCROLL or your court service provider for your
scheduled IN-PERSON conference time.
All conferences will be In-Person. No virtual appearances will be held for any cases scheduled
on this calendar.
Justice Silvera or his designee will be presiding over the In-Person Discovery Calendar. All
conferences and appearances will take place at 60 Centre Street, Room 130. Be prepared to
discuss any outstanding discovery motions pending before the presiding judge.
Counsel at all court appearances should be fully familiar with the case, fully prepared to discuss
pending matters competently, authorized to enter into substantive and procedural agreements on
behalf of their clients, and authorized to enter into a disposition of the case. 22 NYCRR 202.72 (6).
All NYSCEF registered parties on this case will receive an email with a discovery conference form.
If this form is completed, signed, and received at least 24 hours before the conference - an
appearance will not be necessary. The completed form should also address all issues in any
pending discovery motions.
NO adjournments of this discovery conference will be granted without leave of the court. The
completed form shall be returned via email to the following email address:

The Court will review the proposed discovery form and make any amendments it deems
necessary. Once signed by the Court, the order will be uploaded to the New York State Courts
Electronic Filing System (NYSCEF). A further conference may be ordered by the court.
As mentioned above, this email is being sent to all NYSCEF registered parties on this case. If you
are no longer counsel of record, please visit the NYSCEF page to remove your representation,
follow the instructions on this link. It shall be the responsibility of plaintiff or plaintiff’s counsel
