IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS OF DELAWARE COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA BOROUGH OF COLLINGDALE : NO. vs. DELLAPOLLA MARGARET & CRAIG S& - DELLA POLLA JACQUELINE M 449 MACADADE BLVD COLLINGDALE, PA 19023 MUNICIPAL CLAIM-SEWER RENTAL CHARGES AND/OR REFUSE FEES The Borough of Collingdale, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, hereby files a Municipal Claim against the premises hereinafter described for the sum of: $636.61 with interest thereon from January 1, 2021, at arate of Ten (10%) Percent in accordance with the Acts of Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and sets forth the following facts: 1. The name of the Municipality by which this claim is filed is the Borough of Collingdale, a municipality of the County of Delaware, Pennsylvania, and a Borough of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. 2. The name of the owner or reputed owner of the property against which the claim is filed is: DELLAPOLLA MARGARET & CRAIG S& DELLA POLLA JACQUELINE M 3. The property against which the said lien is filed is 449 MACDADE BLVD FolioNo: = 14-00-156400 4. The Sewer Rental Charges, and Refuse Fee(s), rate(s), or charges(s), imposed and the service hereinafter specified were rendered under and by virtue of the power and authority conferred upon the Borough of Collingdale by the Act(s) of Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and by the amendments and supplements to the said Act(s} and in accordance with the provisions of the Code and Ordinances of the Borough of Collingdale, Chapter 454, Sewers andSewage Disposal, Article 1], Sewer Rents and Charges, Section (1), (2), (3), (6), (8), (9), and Section 495 Solid Waste, Article |, Garbage and Refuse Collection, Section (7), all of which are amended from time to time. 5. The said annual Sewer Rental Charges or Refuse Fee(s), rate(s) or charge(s), imposed as aforesaid, and for which this lien is filed, became due and payable on the 30th day of April, 2021 and the period of service covered by the said payment began on the first day of January, 2021, and terminates on the 31st day of December, 2021. 6. The kind and character of service for which the said Sewer Charges or Refuse Fee(s), rate(s), or charge(s) became due and payable on the 30th day of April, 2021, as aforesaid, and for which this claim is filed, is the collection of Sewer Rental Charges and/or Refuse Fee(s) from the above described property and disposal thereof. 7. Due notice in writing was given by the Claimant, Borough of Collingdale, to the owner, or reputed owner, of the foregoing claim by mail, more than thirty (30) days before the filing hereof, and the said owner or reputed owner has failed or refused to pay the amount of said claim, as aforesaid after said notice within said time.
