TO: Plaintiff, Defendants, and Any and All Other Interested Parties
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the above-captioned quiet title action will come before the
Special Master for a final hearing on Tuesday, August 2, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. for the Special
Master determine and render a decision pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 23-3-60 et seq. as to title to that
certain real property at issue in this matter and being located at and known as 2334 Marion Circle,
Decatur, DeKalb County, Georgia (Tax Parcel Id No. 15 171 12 031) and all other matters at issue
in this action. At the conclusion of the hearing, the Special Master will submit to the Honorable
Court his Report and Recommendations, including Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law, and
a proposed Final Order and Judgment for the Court’s consideration pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 23-3-
60 et seq. and consistent with the duties and powers set forth in the Order Appointing Special
Master entered by the Honorable Court.
The hearing will take place at the offices of the Special Master located at 312
Sycamore Street, Decatur, Georgia 30030.

All parties are hereby notified to attend the hearing and present such evidence, questions
of law, and/or legal argument as the parties, and/or the parties’ counsel, may deem appropriate and
necessary.
If the parties desire for the oral argument to be transcribed, they are responsible for making
those arrangements directly through a private court reporting service in advance of the hearing.
PLEASE BE ADVISED, FAILURE TO APPEAR FOR THE HEARING AS
NOTICED HEREIN WILL BE TAKEN BY THE SPECIAL MASTER AS EVIDENCE
THAT SUCH NON-APPEARING PARTY WAIVES AND WITHDRAWS ANY AND ALL
OPPOSITION TO CLAIMS AND PRAYERS FOR RELIEF AS SET FORTH IN THE
PETITION TO QUIET TITLE AGAINST ALL THE WORLD INCLUDING ANY SUCH
OPPOSITION THAT MAY HAVE BEEN PREVIOUSLY SET FORTH IN ANY
PLEADINGS FILED WITH THE CLERK OF COURT OR SUBMITTED TO THE
SPECIAL MASTER IN THIS MATTER.
