| I il WOE IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF OKLAHOMA COUNT} Ep IN — STATE OF OKLAHOMA. OK LAHOMA COUN IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE ) RAY DAVID SUMMERS, JR., ) PB-2007-136 ) ) DECEASED. ORDER - This matter coming on for hearing on this the 2 ? day of February, 2007, on the Application of Ray David Summers, Sr., Personal Representative of the Estate of Ray David Summers, Jr., Deceased, and the Court, upon examination and consideration of the Application and other pleadings in this matter, and being fully advised in the premises, finds as follows: That acknowledged, written Consents have been executed by all of the heirs, devisees and legatees of Ray David Summers, Jr., as determined by the Court, and have been filed herein with the Personal Representative's Application; and, IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED: 1. That the Personal Representative is authorized to sell, grant, lease, mortgage or encumber any of the decedent's real or personal property including mineral interests, and to execute and issue deeds, leases, bills of sale, notes, mortgages, easements and other documents of conveyance, without further judicial authorization or a return of sale or confirmation of such sale or transaction. Any sale or transaction so authorized shall pass title to the purchaser, or purchasers, without being confirmed by the Court, notwithstanding any statutory provisions to the contrary; and, 2. That the filing of an annual accounting by the Personal Representative and the necessity for presentation to the Court for approval of such accounting is waived; and, 3. That the filing of a final accounting by the Personal Representative and the necessity for presentation to the Court for approval of such final accounting is waived; and, 4. That the filing of an Inventory and Appraisement of the assets of the Estate by the Personal Representative is waived. THE DISTRICT COURTIT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that this Order shall become null and void upon the filing by any heir, devisee or legatee of a written statement of withdrawal of consent with the Court Clerk of Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma, and service of a certified copy of such statement on the Personal Representative.
