COMES NOW the Petitioner, Jimmy Lee Delozier, and for his Motion for Default
Judgment alleges and states as follows:

1. The Petitioner filed his Petition herein on the 22" day of June, 2017; and

2. The Respondent was served with Summons on the 30" day of June, 2017, and
the return was filed with this Court on the 2AYday of July, 2017; and

3. That the Answer date for the Respondent has expired and the Respondent is in
default; and

WHEREFORE premises considered, the Petitoner requests that the Court enter a Default

Judgment against the Respondent for failure to file an Answer.
