1. Please take note in Libellee answer Libellee addressed Libellant as Plaintiffand Libellee as
Defendants which is an attempt to change Libellant status which is Fraud and Intentional

of Injunction and moves for Declaratory Judgment.
2. Please take note due to Affiant Reservation of Rights by Uncontested Affidavit relating to the
Bill of Rights 1- 10 amendments which protects Affiant from the 14 amendment corporate
entities from any unlawful claims. Therefore, demand is hereby made on the court
administrator to give Libellant relief based on the uncontested affidavit. For the following
reason Libellee never produced a counter affidavit under Declaration of Penalty of Prudery
challenging Libellant's jurisdiction within Libellee Affidavit of factual truth. Therefore, Libellee is
in full agreement of all libellant's relief.
3. Libellant has filed with the clerk the non contested Affidavit. The court cannot set aside or
overrule an uncontested affidavit executed and administrated by an independent notary sitting
in for the State of Texas. Therefore, it supersedes all other Jurisdictions and Libellant is entitled
Libellant's relief through the court administrator.

BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority on this day personally appeared, Affiant who

That I am Rodney L. Wagner, who is a sovereign under the Bill of Rights of the United States of
America.
This affidavit is being made to protect all rights of Rodney L Wagner, I Affiant under General Law
under the Bill of Rights under a Writ of Right under the Original Constitution, 1776, of the United
States of America, the Bill of Rights and where the relief sought is injunctive under the
Declaration of Independence relating judicial law suits.
I hereby revoke any and allgeneral and special powers of attorney that previously have been
signed by me.
Any third party or parties may use this Affidavit as proof of Rodney L.Wagner reservation of
rights and that all parties may deal directly with affiant of this Affidavit concerning all matters.
This would include all matter with the County of Tarrant, etc.
1. That I am of lawful age and I am competent to make this Affidavit.
2. That I have personal knowledge of the facts stated herein.
3. That this sworn Affidavit is made as a matter of record my right in my own proper person
under the Constitution ofthe United States of America.
4. That Ihave rights which are inalienable and were endowed by Yahweh my Creator and
secured by the Constitution of the United States of America, the Billof Rights and the
Declaration of Independence.
S. That I do not waive any of my rights at this time nor do I intend to waive any of my rights
under documents of freedom concerning my common law rights under the Constitution of
