SUMMARY PROCESS COMPLAINT On or about AUGUST 1, 2020, the plaintiff as lessor and the defendant, SHERRESE DAVID, as lessee, entered into a written lease for the use and occupancy of 115 NUTMEG LANE, APT. 223, EAST HARTFORD, CT 06118, at a monthly rental of $1,085.00, payable on the first day of the month. . The defendant took possession of the premises and still maintains the same. The defendant failed to pay the rent due under the lease for the months of JANUARY 2022, and FEBRUARY 2022. - On MARCH 1, 2022, the plaintiff caused a notice to be duly served, as well as the Right to Counsel Notice (in English and Spanish), on the defendant to quit possession of the leased premises on or before MARCH 6, 2022, as required by law, a copy of which notice is attached and marked EXHIBIT A.HOOPS «+ ASSOCIATE: 19a Thames Street Groton, CT 06340 Tel.
