FINAL ACCOUNT AND PETITION FOR DETERMINATION
OF HEIRS, DISTRIBUTION OF PROPERTY AND DISCHARGE
The Special Administrator, Jenny Lynn Bagley, hereby files this Final Account and
Petition for Determination of Heirs, Distribution of Property and Discharge pursuant to 58
O.S. § 246. The Special Administrator alleges as follows:
1) The Special Administrator filed a Petition for Summary Administration and
Appointment of Special Administrator herein on the 22 day of May, 2008.
2) The Court entered its Order for Combined Notice pursuant to 58 O.S. § 245.
The Order found that proper application had been made for summary administration and
appointed Jenny Lynn Bagley as special administrator.
3) The Combined Notice to Creditors and Notice of Hearing upon the Petition for
Summary Administration and Admission of Will to Probate and the Final Account and
Petition for Determination of Heirs, Legatees and Devisees and Distribution of Property was
filed herein on the 22" day of May, 2008. The Combined Notice was published in
compliance with 58 O.S. § 246, as shown by the affidavit of publication on file herein.
4) The Special Administrator has made a diligent inquiry and search, after the
decedent’s death and prior to the filing of the Combined Notice herein, to determine all
known or reasonably ascertainable creditors of the decedent, their last known addresses and
the amount of their respective claims.
5) The Combined Notice required all creditors’ claims to be submitted to the
Special Administrator by the 23rd day of June, 2008. No claims against the estate have been
received by the Special Administrator.
6) The Combined Notice required all objections to the Petition for Summary
Administration and Admission of Will to Probate and the final account and petition for
determination of heirs, legatees and devisees and distribution of property to be filed by atleast ten (10) days before the final hearing. According to an Affidavit of Mailing Notices,
filed herein, the Special Administrator caused her attorney to mail a copy of the Combined
Notice to all persons interested in the estate of the decedent more than thirty (30) days before
the final hearing. No Objections have been made.
7) The names and last-known addresses of the decedent’s heirs at law are as
follows:

8) The Special Administrator has taken possession of the following property:

All of Lot Seven (7), in Block One (1), in the Third $80,000.00
Section of REDING’S RANCHO VILLAGE, in
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma,
Household Furnishings $2,000.00
Total Estimated value of estate $82,000.00
The Petitioner presently knows of no other property owned by the decedent that is
subject to the jurisdiction of this Court.9) The Special Administrator has not incurred any expenses.
10) Funeral expenses of the decedent were paid by the Surviving Spouse.
11) _ The estate has filed an Estate Tax Return with the Oklahoma Tax Commission
reflecting that no sums were due for Oklahoma State inheritance taxes. However, the Release
from the Oklahoma Tax Commission has not yet been received, but will be filed prior to eth
hearing on Final Account.
12) The estate is of insufficient size to require filing a federal estate tax return.
13) That all attorney’s fees and costs in the amount of $1,500.00 have been paid
and the Special Administrator waives her claim for the statutory fees to which she is entitled.
14) The only heirs, devisees and legatees of said Donia Florence Mannon
Singleton, deceased are as follows, and the estate should be distributed in the following
manner, pursuant to the Last Will and Testament of the Decedent:

15) All property of the estate of the decedent is in the possession of the Special
Administrator and should be distributed to the parties as set forth above.
16) The Special Administrator has not profited by her administration of the estate
and has fully and faithfully accounted for her actions as Special Administrator.
17) The estate is ready for closing, pending receipt of the Release from the
Oklahoma Tax Commission. After distributing the property of the estate, these proceedings
should be closed and the Special Administrator should be discharged.
The Special Administrator, Jenny Lynn Bagley, therefore requests that the Court
approve this Fina! Account and Petition for Determination of Heirs, Distribution of Property
and Discharge and order such other relief as the Court deems proper.
