or claiming an interest upon the premises described in the
Complaint,
Defendants.
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between the undersigned
attorneys for plaintiff 73rd Park LLC and defendants 51 East 73rd St LLC ("51 East") and Simone
Ender ("Ender" or collectively with 51 East the "Ender Defendants") and Bruce N. Lederman as
Temporary Receiver; that
IN LIGHT OF THE FACT THAT DEFENDANTS’ COUNSEL UNEXPECTEDLY
HAS TO ATTEND A FUNERAL PROCEEDING ON APRIL 18, 2019; that
(1) The court conference scheduled for April 18, 2019 is hereby adjourned on consent of
all parties to May 16, 2019 at 2:00pm in Part 32; and
(2) Motion Seq. #2 is hereby adjourned to May 9, 2019 at 2:00pm in Part 32; and
IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED that photocopies and/or facsimile
copies of this stipulation shall be as valid as if signed in original.
