                          UPON     the  Petition  of Paula   Jean  Miller,  Petitioner,  along  with  supporting    exhibits  duly


                  filed with  the Lewis   County    Clerk,


                          LET    the Respondent,     Kurt  Miller,  as executor   of the  Estate  of Treg   Miller  at the


                  Courthouse    for the  Lewis   County   Supreme     Court  7660   N.  State  Street Lowville,   NY    13367   on


                 the             day  of                    , 2022  at            AM/PM      show   cause   as to why   an  order


                 and  judgment     should  not  be  entered  partially  vacating   the Judgment    of  Divorce   between    Paula


                 Miller   and  Treg  Miller  insofar   as the decree   incorporated    the provisions   of the  oral Stipulation   of


                 Settlement    relating  to the marital   residence   located  at 8006   Washington     Street, Harrisville,   New


                 York;   and,


                          FURTHER,        forever  barring  all claims   to an  estate or interest  in the subject  property   by


                 any  defendant    or person   claiming   under   them,  and,
                           FURTHER,       granting   Plaintiff the  exclusive   possession   and  ownership     of the subject



                  property   at the exclusion   of  allothers,  and



                           FURTHER,       directing  the  Lewis   County   Clerk   to accept  for recording    directing  the Clerk


                  to accept,  file and  record  the  Order  and  Judgment     of this Court   in the chain  of title for the  subject


                  property.

                           ORDERED       that  service  shall be  made   on  Kurt  Miller,  as executor    of the Estate  of Treg


                  Miller,  on or before   the           day  of              , 2022  and  further,  that service   shall be  made
