Harris’ Motion for Continuance (the “Motion”). The Court, having reviewed the Motion and the pleadings on file hereby finds that the Motion should be GRANTED. It is therefore ORDERED that the current February 7, 2022 trial setting be RESET to a date not less than 120 days from the current trial setting by this Court. It is further ORDERED that the deadline to join additional parties is set for January 16, 2022, except on motion for leave showing good cause. It is further ORDERED that other deadlines for completion of discovery, presentation of pretrial motions, and other matters relating to the preparation for trial, are controlled by the Scheduling Order in this case or by the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.
