and that Letters Testamentary be issued
to Howard W. Richardson and for judi-
cial determination of tha heirs, devisees
and tegatees of said Decedant
Pursuant to an Order of this court, the
hearing of sama has been fixed by the
undersigned Judge of said Court for:
